Brandon Booth

Brandon is a spiritual director and the president of Signpost Inn Ministries who helps Christians lift their gaze from life's chaos to experience Jesus' loving presence. Brandon has an M.A. in Historical Theology and over 25 years of ministry leadership experience and he is passionate about making theologically rich insights practically accessible.

He is a father of five, a family trauma survivor, and a self-professed "recovering anxiety addict." He is also the author of two books: "Not Home Yet" and "Changing the Conversation," and he specializes in helping people reimagine God as real, present, and loving.

God, I'm trying to manage it all again.

I'm growing tired of trying to "manage" it all again. I can feel it in my bones. I'm afraid of so much, and I'm trying to manage so many people's perceptions of me. People's good perceptions feel necessary for my survival. Life is starting to feel like an endless series of requirements, and everyone is requiring something different from me. It's too much to carry. I can't be everything that everyone wants me to be.
