Matt Boland

Matthew Boland lives in Midland, Texas with his wife, Holly, to whom he has been married for ten years, and they have two children, Thomas and Abby. Matthew and Holly worship and serve at Midland Bible Church, where Matthew is part of the Teaching Team. He also serves as the Local Chapter Director for Reasonable Faith, reflecting his deep commitment to helping Christians think clearly and faithfully about what they believe.

Matthew is especially passionate about Christian apologetics and enjoys walking with people as they wrestle with doubts, difficult questions, and intellectual obstacles to faith. He finds great joy in helping others see that Christianity is not only true, but beautiful—and that the riches of life in Christ are far deeper than many realize. Whether teaching, conversing, or mentoring, his desire is to help people connect with God in an honest and life-giving way.

Outside of ministry, Matthew enjoys a wide range of “nerdy” interests, including Marvel Comics, birdwatching, and homebrewing his own beer. Above all, he loves creating space for meaningful conversations where people can encounter grace, grow in confidence, and experience the freedom that is already theirs in Jesus.
