A 4-Week virtual intensive to break free from the cycle of seeking validation and practice resting in God's love.

Online Zoom meetings every Tuesday in October, 5:30 - 7:00 pm Mountain Time

In this intensive, you’ll learn to:

  1. Break free from the soul-crushing cycle of seeking validation, and practice letting God's grace be the very first answer you hear each day.
  2. Gently confront the fear and shame that make it feel impossible to trust God, and practice encountering the real, compassionate Jesus through imaginative prayer.
  3. Transform your spiritual practices from a checklist of duties into a joyful way of receiving God's love and resting in His presence.
  4. Develop a personal “Rule of Life”—a gentle, sustainable structure to help you continue asking God your soul’s question even after the intensive.

What's Included:

  • Four 1.5-hour live weekly sessions via Zoom.
  • A beautifully designed ebook to be your companion for prayer, reflection, and journaling throughout the intensive.
  • Personal written feedback from the instructor on your final reflection.
  • Recordings of all sessions, available for a limited time.
  • 2 Private Spiritual Direction Sessions: with a trained spiritual director.

Good news! We have met our minimum required reservations, and this class will be happening! You can still register to attend before October 3, 2025.

Hi, I'm Brandon your instructor. So much of our relational strain comes from quiet questions our soul is asking: "Am I enough? Am I lovable? Am I worth anyone’s time?" We demand answers from our loved ones, our work, and our performance, but this cycle only leaves us feeling exhausted and insecure.

And the deeper truth is, we're often afraid to bring that question to God. At least that’s my experience!

Which is why I created this 4-week intensive. It's the soul-work I needed to do myself: to learn how to stop demanding answers from the world and instead gently confront the fear that kept me from bringing my deepest questions to God.
